Loans

A real-time activity feed of loans taken. One of the popular uses of this page is to offer loans to people actively borrowing against their nft’s as you can see how many nft’s they have left to potentially borrow against. This way you can increase loan efficiency.

1. Navigation tabs: Access to the different pages within Explore.
2. Current market data of all loans over the different protocols. Helpful to gauge market conditions.
3. Filter the loan feed to only show your favorite collections and have the ability to get a sound alert when new loans are taken.
4. New loans get added to the overview in real-time accompanied with some data: The collection, loan duration, when the loan was taken, …
5. The borrower address with the amount of NFT’s they have left for that collection and their default rate (color coordinated for quick scannability).
6. The loan amount accompanied with the LTF. Additionally the amount of underwater loans will be displayed here in case there are any.
7. Your current offers and loan for the collection in question.
8. Quickly match the loan offer that just got taken. Useful to get your offer taken quickly by the borrower.
